We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, China.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
